Ini ajian dahsyat untuk kekuatan badan dan kekebalan. Tubuh kita akan dilapisi oleh tameng besi baja yang begitu hebat.  Saya (wongalus) pada suatu kesempatan  tanpa dinyana dan diduga sebelumnya malah mendapatkan khodam ajian ini tanpa laku sebelumnya… ya.. Tuhan Maha Pemberi!
Orang yang menguasai ajian ini tidak akan mempan diserang senjata tajam atau bahkan senjata api sekalipun. Untuk menguasai ajian piandel para pendekar ini tidaklah mudah, sebab diperlukan laku yang sangat berat yaitu sebagai berikut:
Pada awal bulan Muharrom (2 Suro) mulai menjalani puasa 40 hari tanpa putus, puasa ini dilakukan sebanyak 3x bulan Muharrom atau 3 tahun berturut-turut. Selama menjalani puasa, setiap tengah malam habis sholat tahajjud membaca mantra rapalan Ajian tameng waja sebanyak 21x kali pada seember air yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk mandi keramas. Selama menjalani puasa, setiap habis sholat fardhlu (Isya’) dilanjutkan dengan Sholat Sunat dan membaca istighfar sebanyak 1000 x agar jiwa benar-benar bersih dari niat jahat. Berikut rapalan Ajian Tameng Waja:
